CACDA, the Canterbury Arts Centre Development Association, is a registered charitable organization dedicated to raising funds for the Arts Canterbury program. We are a volunteer organization made up of parents, alumni and former staff from the Arts Canterbury program, which is the intensive specialty arts program at Canterbury High School in Ottawa, Canada.
Our mission is to support and promote Arts Canterbury by raising funds to maintain
and enhance the program, and by advocating for the value of the program within the
general community. Our vision is to enrich the experience of students in the Arts
Canterbury program, which fosters a tolerant and encouraging school environment,
developing well-
To carry out our mission and vision, we hold events and conduct fundraising, with proceeds going to help sponsor the auditions, provide bursaries to help cover school fees, and provide funds for supplies and special purchases. You can help us do that by sending in a donation, contributing to the Endowment Fund or volunteering to help on the board or on special projects.
