Eat for Art
A fundraiser dinner at the Green Door held on October 26, 2009
More than 80 people gathered at The Green Door, one of Ottawa’s best loved restaurants, for an of improv, juggling, visual art and prizes. In the process, more than $2,000 was raised for the Arts Canterbury program.
While enjoying art work by Canterbury visual arts students on the walls around them, diners were treated to excellent food, a glass of wine, and entertainment – including award winning Toronto improv team Sexual Tyrannosaurus, (do you remember Canterbury improv grads Colin Munch and Robin Toller?) Also juggler extraordinaire Mike Davidson wowed the crowd and was a master of making balloon hats!
